KAMO is an all-volunteer, non profit organization with no paid staff or administrative expenses. Members typically raise money to support their local chapter through raffles, brat fries, and writing grants. Donations from individuals, corporations, and other entities are crucial for our groups functioning. Time spent on fundraising eforts is often time spent away from kids.

Donations made to individual chapters are used for getting kids to spend more time outdoors: activity fees, food, equipment, and promotional materials intended to draw more families and volunteers to our outings.
